Week 1: Get optimal nutrients every day in a simple way. Create your Daily Structure and learn how to Create Your Plate at each meal (no matter what you have in your house or where you are). Learn how this is used to hit your macros (whether you are tracking or not).
When this baseline component is in place, you build a well-fueled and fit shape without thinking about it. You feel energized throughout your day, and you get more out of the same workouts you're already doing.
Week 2: Systemize your week. Create Your Meal Bank - have a list of favorable, tasty, and easy meal and snack options available that align to your body's needs.
When you know all of your meals align perfectly to your shape needs, are easy to make, and are delicious and you've systemized it into a Meal Bank... Being well-fueled becomes mindless. Nutrition gets removed from your to-do list and instead is naturally set up to serve you.
Week 3: Stay fit all summer. Navigate summer events, how to balance BBQs, lake/beach trips, and on-the-go weekends and still build muscle and decrease or maintain body fat.
Build Your Basline is your 3-week nutrition coaching course designed specifically for someone like you to become a Well-Fueled and Fit Woman. You will optimize your nutrition to look like you work out, to improve overall health and increase energy levels, and feel fit and fuel this Summer.
